Location was good. We went to visit the Inner Harbor area and go to an Orioles game, both in walking distance of hotel.
I booked the room on line. When we got there, they couldn't find our booking in the computer. The service at the front desk was quite slow, and then we were given room keys to the wrong room. They corrected their mistakes but it was quite time consuming at initial check in which was kind of annoying. I booked on line to save time and don't understand why they couldn't find the booking number in their system.
Good price/quality and ubication
got bit up in the bed
The staff was friendly, answered my questions, and responded quickly and efficiently when something went wrong, The heat in my room didn't work -- they tried to fix it and then assigned me to a new room, contacted me immediately, and when I got back to the hotel that night, sent someone to help me move rooms -- they really get customer service.
Easy walk to the inner harbor and local restaurants, free wi-fi, well-maintained facility recently updated, helpful staff, reasonably priced rooms.
Poor sound isolation between rooms, continental breakfast has limited offerings, no broadcast network stations on TV cable, wi-fi is a little slow.
Decent hotel, good, clean rooms, a few blocks from Inner Harbor
The hotel was very reasonably priced and in walking distance of the inner harbor.
While the room was pretty clean, the hallways and public areas of the hotel were not very clean. As the reviews mentioned, there were homeless people and prostitutes outside at night. Also, our friends who were staying at the hotel had an issue with their reservation (not via Booked.net). They called to cancel one of two nights and specifically explained it to the staff - both nights were cancelled. They had to see the manager to get a room.
This hotel is good for those looking for a good location at an inexpensive price.
The hotel staff know very little about the surrounding neighborhood. Many homeless people sit right outside of the hotel which makes entering the hotel at night seem unsafe. My room faced an inner courtyard so there was no sunlight.
Noisy room even on floor7
The location was great close to camden yards
As a handicapped individual, I found the check in process very inconvenient as well as the parking accommodations. There is no easy way to get into the lobby of the hotel. There is a large, block long open area that does not allow you to pull up to the front doors. Parking was about a block and a half away from the hotel. The signage on each floor is incorrect. Assigned room 213, stepping off the elevator the signage indicates the room is to the right. Finding no room to the right after going all of the way down the hall, returned to the elevator and went the opposite direction. The room was directly next to the elevator. Checked other floors same signage, same location of room 13 on the floors.
The hotel has and awesome location on the Harbour..its withing four blocks walking distance from all attractions. The hotel itself is a lil hard to find and parking may not be the best but once you get in the room everything is up hill from then
Location is good, near the inner harbor. Clean comfortable room very recently refurnished. Good breakfast and free internet!
Hotel nearby can be dangerous at night.
The only one good thing is the location.
Room are dirty. No cleaning of my room during all my stay (4days) even I requested. 1 hour checking, nothing was prepare. This hotel must be removed from Booking. Unaceptable hotel
Great location in downtown baltimore.
The hotel was out-dated in general. Although we got a great deal for the location, I think the hotel could have been more modern.
